Service Agreements and Policy General 

By agreeing to the online marketing services proposal provided by Metron to the client and following the first payment is an acknowledgment and an accepting of the terms of these policies. 

SERVICE AGREEMENTS POLICY

1. Introduction

This policy outlines the terms and conditions under which a client may cancel marketing services provided by Metron. Our goal is to ensure transparency and clarity regarding the cancellation process, fees, and any other relevant aspects.

2. Right to Cancel

Clients have the right to cancel their marketing services agreement with Metron by providing a written notice of cancellation at least 30 days prior to the intended cancellation date.

3. Notice of Cancellation

To initiate a cancellation, the client must provide a written notice via email or certified mail to:

4. Effective Date of Cancellation

The effective date of cancellation will be 30 days from the date Metron receives the written notice of cancellation. During this 30-day period, Metron will continue to provide the agreed-upon services and the last months fees will be charged. 

5. Fees and Payments

Upon receiving the cancellation notice, the following payment terms will apply:

  • Any outstanding payments for services rendered up to the effective date of cancellation will be due and payable.
  • If the client has pre-paid for services beyond the effective date of cancellation, Metron will refund the prorated amount for the unused portion of the service period within 30 days after the cancellation becomes effective.
  • If any specific marketing campaigns or projects have been initiated but not completed by the effective date of cancellation, the client will be billed for the work completed up to that date.

6. Ongoing Campaigns and Deliverables

During the 30-day notice period, Metron will continue to manage and optimize any ongoing marketing campaigns and deliver any pending work as per the agreement. This includes, but is not limited to, content creation, ad management, reporting, and any other agreed-upon services.

7. Termination for Breach

Metron reserves the right to terminate the marketing services agreement immediately, without providing the 30-day notice, if the client breaches any terms of the agreement, including but not limited to non-payment, misuse of services, or unethical conduct.

8. Transition of Services

To ensure a smooth transition, Metron will provide the client with all relevant documents, data, and access credentials related to the marketing services upon request and after all outstanding payments are settled.

9. Amendments

Metron reserves the right to amend this cancellation policy at any time. Any changes to the policy will be communicated to clients in writing at least 30 days before they take effect.

 

Policy on Free Websites with Marketing Services 

1. Introduction

This policy outlines the terms and conditions regarding the payment obligation for a “free” website provided by Metron if the client terminates the marketing services agreement before completing six months of continuous service.

2. Provision of “Free” Website

As part of our marketing services package, Metron offers a “free” website to clients who commit to a minimum of six months of continuous service. This offer is contingent upon the client maintaining the marketing services agreement for the full six-month period.

3. Early Termination and Payment Obligation

If the client decides to terminate the marketing services agreement before completing six months of continuous service, the following terms will apply:

  • The client will be required to pay for the cost of the website at the standard rate as specified in their agreement or as determined by Metron’s current pricing structure.
  • The cost of the website will be calculated based on the design, development, and any additional features or customizations requested by the client.

4. Notification of Early Termination

To initiate early termination, the client must provide a written notice via email or certified mail to:

The payment amount for the “free” website will be determined as follows:

  • Standard Rate: The standard rate for the website design and development will be specified in the client’s original agreement or can be obtained from Metron’s current pricing list.
  • Custom Features: Any additional features or customizations requested by the client will be added to the standard rate.

6. Payment Terms

  • The client must settle the payment for the website within 30 days of the early termination notice.
  • Failure to pay the amount within the specified time frame may result in additional fees, interest charges, and potential legal action to recover the outstanding amount.

7. Transfer of Website Ownership

Upon receipt of full payment for the website, Metron will transfer ownership and provide the client with all relevant credentials, files, and access necessary to manage the website independently.

8. Amendments

Metron reserves the right to amend this policy at any time. Any changes to the policy will be communicated to clients in writing at least 30 days before they take effect.

3. Scope of Paid Advertising Services

Paid Advertising services provided by Metron include the management and optimization of ad campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and other relevant channels. These services encompass:

  • Ad campaign creation and management
  • Target audience research and segmentation
  • Ad copywriting and design
  • Bid management and budget optimization
  • Performance tracking and reporting

4. Responsibility for Rankings and Leads

Our SEO and Paid Advertising services are designed to:

  • Improve search engine rankings for targeted keywords (SEO)
  • Increase website traffic and visibility (SEO and Paid Ads)
  • Generate qualified leads through targeted advertising campaigns (Paid Ads)

5. Clarification on Sales Responsibility

While Metron strives to drive high-quality traffic and leads to the client’s website through SEO and Paid Advertising services, it is important to understand that:

  • SEO and Paid Ads are not directly responsible for sales outcomes. The primary objectives of these services are to improve rankings and generate leads.
  • Sales conversions depend on multiple factors beyond our control, including but not limited to the client’s website design, product/service quality, pricing, customer service, and sales processes.

6. Client Responsibilities

To maximize the effectiveness of SEO and Paid Advertising services, clients are responsible for:

  • Ensuring their website is user-friendly and optimized for conversions
  • Providing high-quality products or services that meet customer needs
  • Maintaining competitive pricing and compelling offers
  • Implementing effective sales and customer service processes

7. Performance Metrics and Reporting

Metron will provide regular reports on the performance of SEO and Paid Advertising campaigns, focusing on key metrics such as:

  • Search engine rankings for targeted keywords (SEO)
  • Website traffic and user engagement (SEO and Paid Ads)
  • Lead generation and cost per lead (Paid Ads)
